Over the last 20 years the Rooibos and Chamomile Infused Oil has really taken off. This 100% natural product has proved incredibly effective on itchy skins throughout South Africa. The process of creating the product involves an infusion of the complete dried flowers and tea leaves in the oil, the result of which is also a by-product of pure Rooibos and Chamomile which is sold separately as the “Rooibos Crunch”. Amazingly enough, animals seem to enjoy this slightly sludgy mix just as it is – a few teaspoons over their food adds interest and dogs will lap it up.

The next obvious step was to create an edible product which is easy to give to our animal friends, hence the birth of “ROOIBOS Wheat-free biscuits for dogs”. These delicious small treats are hand-baked only with rice flour, oats, honey, Rooibos Crunch, and eggs. The combination results in a small crunchy biscuit with the distinct flavour of Rooibos, Chamomile and honey. Even the fussiest dogs seem to love them. They sense the goodness.

Available in pack sizes; 150g and 500g. The biscuits are around 40mm in cross-shape and 4mm thick.

The WHEAT-FREE biscuits are made with only the best ingredients. Free-range eggs and badger-friendly honey ensure that the product is ethically sound. They are also meat free, as it has been shown that many dogs are allergic to chicken and older dogs with liver issues should have very little meat protein, if any, in their diet.

A natural mould inhibitor is used which is an edible plant-based substance that negates the need for preservatives. The shelf life is guaranteed for 6 months, and as long as the biscuits are kept in an airtight container, will actually last much longer.
